Software Engineer (m/f/d)
CISCON s.r.l. as a member of the Christ Group is located in the Silicon Forest (Strada Cotita 9, Cluj-Napoca 400000, Romania). We develop innovative new products or design individual equipment for the Christ Companies in Germany, which are leading manufacturer of panel PCs, touch panels, washing plants and end-of-line packaging systems. To strengthen our development we are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d):
Your tasks:
- You develop new functions in the domains car washing, truck washing and special washing plant like e.g. train washing
- You will become a member of an international and fast-moving team of highly qualified software professionals
- You are utilizing state of the art agile development methodology and will work on all phases of software development, always with the goal of deploying to an upcoming series washing plant project
- We are working in cross-functional teams where you sketch concepts and ideas, design and evaluate solutions and finally implement and test the software
- Testing includes verification in simulation
Your profile:
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems or related fields
- Strong expertise in plc software engineering with C/C++
- Passion for software quality, expertise in CI and test automatization as well as software quality practices
- Expertise in utilizing agile development methodology like Scrum
- Fluent English for professional use, German is a plus
- You are a citizen of Romania, another EU member country or of the country signatory to the Agreementon the European Economic Area; Otherwise you are a foreigner who is permanent resident of Romania, already have a work permit in Romania or already applied for asylum
- Your current place of residence is in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
